Make sure that you clear all your bank deposit boxes. Transfer all your bank accounts. Check the dossiers, and make sure that none of your certificates are missing. Cross check with your agent and make sure that all of your travel plans are in order. Contact your neighbors, at your new place, and inform them of your travel plans. Make sure that the packing is done properly, and tick the belongings of the check list once they are packed. Mark the cartons "fragile," if breakable stuff is packed into them.

Wash your vehicle, and check for damages. Get the car mended, if not make a list of all the damages. Contact the Auto Movers/ Pet Movers and decide on the date of Moving.

Collect documents of importance like property deals, share certificates, wills etc. Decide on the medium through which you will transfer them. Get rid of the unwanted belongings.

Write all the files from your computer into discs. Disconnect and dissemble the computer. Pack the components and the spares of your computer carefully.
