Make sure that you and the Moving Company involved, have decided on the date of your Move. Check it again with the Mover. Begin packing your belongings. Ask your Mover for guidelines and follow them carefully.

Inform your post office and your post man of your moving. Give them your new address, so as to enable them redirect your mail. Intimate your neighbors and friends of your relocation.

Inform your internet provider, cable provider, telephone provider, and gas provider about your Relocation. Sort out all your bills and collect the deposit money, if any.

Write to clubs and associations that you are a member of, and inform them of your Moving. Ask them for information regarding similar clubs and associations, near your new location.

Find out the best service providers of gas, telephone, cable etc. at your new place. Inform them of your relocation, and if possible sign them up.

Contact and inform the offices of the magazines, newspapers and news letters you subscribe to. Intimate them of the change in mailing address.
